Fitness Trainer, Founder
I am a professional personal trainer with a desire to help as many people as possible be the best version of themselves.
I have been into fitness all my life and at 8 I started playing rugby union which was my first introduction to a proper training regime and being committed to improving myself physically. After 5 years I then started boxing which pushed my fitness to a whole new level it had never been at before. The discipline this instilled into me is something that still a massive part of my life.
Following an injury, I properly discovered the gym and fell in love with every aspect of it. The whole process fascinated me and I couldn't stop at just going to the gym, I was reading articles, talking to people and constantly trying new things. When I saw how I was able to change my body and how it made me feel I wanted to give that feeling to other people.
This was the start of Blueprint Bodies and from there I wanted to develop a program that took all of my learnings and mistakes and got rid of them, leaving a blueprint that is ready to be laid out for you. I have been developing and tweaking and continue to do so and as a result, the program keeps getting better and better.
